Completing The Canmark Guest Satisfaction Survey
Step 1. Visit www.AirportSurvey.com. Click on the “Welcome” link to get to the survey proper.
Step 2. The airport survey will ask you for an Invitation Form that was given to you at the airport. If you were given one, click the link that says “I have an Invitation Form…” or click the link that says “I do not have…” if not.
Step 3. You will be taken to the next page. You must enter the following information from the Invitation Card- the Serial Number, the Type and the Date of Flight. Once completed you can click on “Next Page”.
Step 4. The next page will ask you for the Airline Code or the Airline Name, the Departure City or Airport, Departure, Flight Date, the Destination and the Destination City or Airport. You will be asked for your Flight Number as well. Click on “Next Page” to proceed.
Step 5. Complete the survey and don’t leave anything blank. At the end of the survey you will be asked to enter personal details such as First and Last Name, Mailing Address and Email Address. The details will serve as your raffle to the Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes Prize and Rules
The Sweepstakes prize is an airline ticket for two in the form of a $500 certificate. This certificate has a 1 year expiration date and may be used to purchase 2 round-trip economy flights on the date of their choosing. The promotion is subject to availability of flight.
Canmark Research Sweepstakes monthly drawing takes place on the 15th of each month. The online survey sweepstakes starts on January 1, 2018 and ends December 31, 2018. The Canmark Travel Sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents aged 18 and older.
